Create S3 bucket, transfer and make objects public

We will now create an S3 bucket, upload our results and related data files to this S3 bucket, and make the objects public.

In this section of the workshop you will:

a. Create an AWS S3 bucket.

b. Upload and transfer files to S3.

c. Make S3 bucket public.

d. Additional S3 exercises

    1. (For most trainings) S3 bucket data sharing between users.

    2. (For most trainings) Transfer data from your local machine to EC2 and between EC2 instances.

    3. (For Long Read RNA-Seq trainings): Perform a large-scale long-read RNA-Seq analysis by accessing data via AWS Open Data Program.

    4. (For Single-cell analysis trainings): Process a 10x Genomics PBMC single cell expression dataset
